Isaiah Christopher Academy exists to give talented basketball players who haven’t gotten their shot at college a structured, professional post-grad year to develop their game, compete at a high level, and get in front of college coaches.
We serve high school graduates who are serious about playing college basketball but need more exposure, better film, academic support, or simply one more year to mature physically and mentally.

Coach Allen Ragland founded Isaiah Christopher Academy after seeing too many talented players fall through the cracks simply because they didn’t get the right exposure at the right time.
With over 15 years of college coaching experience, Coach Ragland knew exactly what college coaches look for—and what under-recruited players were missing. He built ICA to bridge that gap.
What makes ICA different is our singular focus: college placement. Every practice, every game, every film session is designed to get our players seen, recruited, and signed to college programs.
